Nikki Kobylarz – Store Manager/Instructor

I am the General Manager here at T-Rex Arms. I have worked here for a couple years now and enjoy every minute. My passion for firearms started many years ago and caused me to become an instructor. I am a USCCA Certified Instructor, Women’s Handgun Fundamentals Instructor, and Emergency First Aid Fundamentals Instructor. I obtained my USCCA certification in 2020 and I truly love teaching. However, my training has not stopped there. I continue my education to keep up my skill set. As a firearm owner this is incredibly important.
I am happily married with four awesome kids. My family frequents T-Rex Arms to enjoy the range and visit me. I am an advocate for teaching children about firearm safety. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with customers and students. I look forward to seeing you in the shop!
Richard Morgan – Gunsmith

I am the Armorer/Gunsmith for T-Rex Arms and am originally from Belleville. I went to school to be a Automotive Collision Repair and Refinish Technician and worked in that field for five years. I enlisted in the US Army in 2009 and served in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). Upon completion of my contract and two deployments, I was honorably discharged. I lived in NYC for several years before ultimately returning to Belleville.
I absolutely love my job because, in my opinion, there is nothing more satisfying than turning a pile of parts in to a functional firearm. I find the rest of my job is fun as well; whether it’s troubleshooting a problem or just answering a question. I recently attended the Glock Armorer Course and will continue to train and share my knowledge and experience.
Dale Cooper – Instructor

I’ve been employed at T-Rex Arms LLC since May 2020. I am 33 years old and was born and raised on the east side of Detroit MI. I’ve been happily married to my amazing wife for 7 years and we have 2 beautiful children together, a girl and boy. During my childhood, my father played a very vital role by safely introducing me to firearms. This introduction sparked a healthy obsession that has carried on until today. As I grew, so did my hunger to gain more knowledge and experience in firearms which led me to take numerous training courses and spend countless hours in the range.
In 2020, I became a USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor. My mission as an Instructor is to strengthen the community by clarifying the misconceptions surrounding firearms and introducing a versatile tool to those who wish to acquire a firearm. I am a dedicated person and am committed to utilizing my training so that it is understandable to everyone including grandparents and grandchildren. Firearms training is genuinely my passion and I would love to share my training with you all. When you have a moment, stop by and say hello!! There are no stupid questions just answers that you have been waiting for.
